- The main plant is dedicated to large-scale production, equipped with GMP-compliant, advanced CO₂-based supercritical extraction technology, ensuring clean, safe, and highly pure extracts.
- A dedicated pilot plant supports small-batch trials, scale-up studies, and process optimization, enabling faster development and customization of new extracts.
- In addition to the CO₂ based unit, VEPL also maintains a separate production facility for solvent-based extracts, ensuring complete segregation and compliance with regulatory and safety requirements.
